Feather is a Berlin-based startup that was founded in 2018 by Rob Schumacher and Vincent Audoire. At first, Vincent was skeptical of entering the insurance market because he wanted to have a positive impact on the lives of others with his future company. And, while it’s certainly not the sexiest industry, there is a lot that can be done to help others.
After speaking it over with Rob, he realized that by founding Feather, there was a chance to make an actual difference in the insurance industry that's riddled with problems.
