Q: How is the cost calculated?

We offer pricing based on actual usage: That means both based on age and number of employees. We're usually between 10-20% cheaper if you're a company with mainly office employees.

Q: What happens when an employment contract ends?

Coverage will end when an employment contract ends. The premium will be adjusted according to active employees.

Q: When can I cancel the contract?

The minimum duration of the contract is 12 months and after that you can cancel any month with 2 clicks in the Feather account (or by email or post if you prefer, we don't offer fax unfortunately).

Q: How are premiums paid?

Feather can issue monthly/quarterly/yearly invoices, or simply set up a direct debit with us.

What is company life insurance?

Company life insurance (or group life insurance) is a benefit provided by employers to their employees which will issue a lump sum payment to the employee's beneficiaries in the event of their death.

How does company life insurance work?

Employees are covered in the event of death due to accident or illness up to 200% of their annual salary (rounded up by €10k) for a maximum of €250,000.

There are no out of pocket costs for your employees! They'll also have full access to our support team should they have questions about the policy or the other insurance products we offer.
