Yes. Emergency medical treatment, hospitalization, and prescribed medication are covered while you are traveling outside your home country. Higher limits apply when traveling to the USA or Canada.

Coverage applies worldwide, except for a limited list of excluded destinations. If a destination isn’t eligible, you’ll be informed during the sign-up process.

You can choose coverage from 1 week up to 12 months, starting on your selected date.

Yes. The family plan covers you, your spouse, and up to 5 children.

If you are 2 people, we recommend submitting two individual requests.

You must sign up before your trip starts. Coverage can’t be activated retroactively.

This coverage applies to one trip only. If you have several trips at different times during the year, you can sign up separately for each one.

No. The insurance covers emergencies while you’re abroad. Medical costs in your home country aren’t included.

If you need to make a claim, Feather will guide you through the process and let you know what documents are required. You can do it directly from your account.

You may be able to cancel before your trip starts. Once your trip has started, cancellation may no longer be possible. If you request a cancellation, Feather will confirm what applies to your case before you finalize anything.
