Looking for insurance for a job seeker visa?

If you are coming in Sweden to seek work or start a business, including staying after graduation, private health insurance is required. Your insurance certificate must be clear and complete for review by Migrationsverket. This plan includes visa-ready insurance documents with comprehensive coverage including psychiatry and the required minimum coverage amount.

Waiting for your personnummer?

You can get access to Sweden’s public healthcare after receiving a personnummer and being officially registered, however that can take weeks. Until then, you may need private health insurance. This plan covers you during the waiting period and can be shown as proof of a comprehensive health insurance at the tax office if needed.

Staying in Sweden for less than 12 months?

For residence permits shorter than 12 months, private health insurance is usually required. Public healthcare is not available yet, and many local insurers require a personnummer. This plan keeps you covered for the full permit duration.

Studying or doing research in Sweden for a limited period?

If you are studying or researching in Sweden for less than a year, private health insurance is required. Universities or host institutions may ask for proof of coverage if they do not offer FAS PLUS (their own insurance). This plan provides suitable insurance documents for your stay.
