These things are covered regardless of the provider you choose.

In the Netherlands, health insurers work with “contracted” doctors, hospitals, and clinics. When you visit a contracted provider, your treatment is usually fully covered. If you choose a non-contracted provider, you may need to pay part of the costs yourself.
This applies to all Dutch insurers, so it’s always a good idea to check whether a provider is contracted before making an appointment especially for specialist care.
