How we work

Our values

Pragmatic thinking

We’re pragmatic in the face of complexity. We question assumptions to find creative ways forward – especially when the answers aren’t obvious. Turning challenges into smart, simple solutions, we give people what they really need.

Our values

Active ownership

We care about doing impactful work – that’s why people rely on us. Staying agile, acting fast, pushing past what’s expected. Then doing it all over again. It’s hands-on work, and it’s how we win together.

Our values

Open attitudes

We keep our minds (and doors) open. Questions and feedback are always welcome, whatever your title or team. We speak with honesty, respect, and no hidden agenda – to each other and to our customers.

Our values

Clarity in motion

We cut through confusion with clarity. We start small, keep talking, and move in sync. It’s how we make real progress. “Slow yeses” and “fast nos” keep us true to who we are and what’s important.

Who we are

We're a team of 60+ building the insurance experience we wished had existed when we moved abroad ourselves. We choose the simplest solution over the most impressive one, we work across teams with little ego, and speak up when something isn't working.

Most of us have been expats: we know firsthand why the problem we're solving matters.

Benefits

Our benefits focus on what truly matters: long-term support that offers market-leading flexibility, professional growth, and scalability—without adding organizational overhead.

How we hire

While details can vary by role and seniority, most hiring processes follow the same four steps:

1. Intro call

A short conversation to get to know each other. We'll share context about the role, and team and you'll tell us what you're looking for.

2. Case study or live challenge

On this stage we want to see how you structure problems, communicate your thinking, and move forward when things aren't perfect.

3. Team interview

Meet your future manager and team to discuss your experience, ownership, and collaboration style. It's also your turn to ask about how we work.

4. Final conversation

A focused discussion about expectations, growth, and long-term fit. We want to make sure this feels right — for you and for us.
